BidBid Capital Management — Stake
Staked shares receive the epoch distribution at a reward rate fixed at deployment. sBID rebases three times a day; gBID holds its balance still and lets the index carry the growth instead.

Deposit BID and receive sBID one for one. The sBID balance rebases at the close of every epoch, three times a day.

The annualised figure is the per-epoch reward rate compounded 3 times a day. It describes how fast the share count grows, not what a position is worth. At this rate the supply grows by more than an order of magnitude across a year, and unless the treasury grows with it, backing per share falls throughout. Set out in full in the prospectus.

The treasury defends a channel around a 30-day average of the market price. At either wall it swaps instantly at a fixed price, until that side’s capacity is spent and it stops quoting altogether. Treasury market value is $12.15M, of which $9.13M is liquid.
The lower wall is not a floor. It is a trailing offset from an average that follows the price down, and nothing bounds where the bands can travel. Olympus, which designed this mechanism, switched it off in late 2024. Both facts are set out in the prospectus.
